During the first flush harvest, special attention is paid to plucking the tea leaves at the precise moment when they have reached optimal maturity. This contributes to the tea’s delicate flavour and aromatic qualities. Skilled workers carefully select the top two leaves and a bud from each tea bush.

First flush Darjeeling teas are generally less oxidized and minimally processed compared to later flushes, giving them a lighter colour and a more delicate flavour profile with floral and fruity notes.

Brewing Perfection!

Boil the water in a kettle upto 80-90 ℃

Add 2gm of tea leaves for every 150ml of tea in a kettle.

Add the hot water in the kettle and cover it for 2-5mins for steeping the tea leaves.

Pour the tea in a cup and enjoy it lukewarm for the best flavour .
